If the company discovers a breach of this rule it will declare the winner void and a new random selection of the competitions entrants shall take place to determine a new winner

3:  All competitions will end when the correct entry allowance is fully subscribed to and winners will be discovered at that time and notified immediately.

4: No person or company or other can use any information, product, symbol, script or any material of this company or sister companies for any purpose without the companies express consent in writing. If it is brought to our notice that any person or other is in such breach we will instigate legal proceedings forthwith.

8: The winning entry position will be either pre decided by the admisitrator at the time of competition creation or by a random number generation by the website software, this decision is final except for cases where clause 4 of the rules is breached.
